In a finding dating from May, 12th 1998 (312 O 85/98) the Landgericht Hamburg decided that under certain circumstances a web site owner is responsible for content of sites he links to. As a web site owner one can, the Landgericht added, only avoid this responsibility by explicitly distancing oneself from content on web sites one links to. Hereby I distance myself from all content on all web sites linked to on my pages.
