About BoxMonster
BoxMonster is a call monitor designed to work with the AVM FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7170 and compatible models. It shows incoming and outgoing calls as a balloon message in your desktop's system tray. It works on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS x and modern Linux desktops like KDE or Gnome.Additionally, it keeps call histories both for outgoing and incoming calls.

Download the latest binary version for your platform here.- Boxmonster for MS Windows (Windows XP or Vista)

- Boxmonster for Ubuntu 8.04 (32 bit) (package provided by karl.glatz@googlemail.com)

The sources are fully debianized, so on Debian-based distributions (e.g. Ubuntu), it's easy to build a package.
